InventoryPath Rep Desk terms
Last updated: October 19, 2026.
The service provider is AvanSaber Inc. These app-specific terms are read together with the AvanSaber Terms of Service and the Rep Desk privacy notice. Contact [email protected] for service, billing or support questions.
Authorised access and merchant review
The service requires authorised Shopify access and an eligible plan. Merchants are responsible for the reps they invite, the buyer and product assignments they grant, pricing and commission policies, and permission to process personal information. Reps may prepare proposals only within their assigned access; they do not receive general Shopify staff authority.
An authorised merchant must review the current buyer, shipping address, lines, prices and Shopify calculation before approving each draft. A checked batch still requires explicit review and approval of its individual proposals. Unsupported or changed inputs need fresh review. Unauthorised access, credential sharing, malicious content and misuse of personal information are prohibited.
Shopify drafts and uncertain outcomes
Rep Desk creates unpaid Shopify drafts after merchant approval. Shopify handles subsequent invoicing, payment and fulfillment. Rep Desk does not send buyer invoices, collect money, pay reps or provide automatic approval. Customer-record mode does not promise native Shopify company or catalog pricing.
Ambiguous creates are never automatically retried. Unresolved, possibly dispatched attempts remain held for operator reconciliation beyond normal 90-day proposal retention. Inspect Shopify drafts before manual handling. A timeout does not establish that no draft exists, and the app cannot guarantee prevention of duplicates created outside its workflow.
Commission records
The ledger is a review aid based on attributable orders completed from app-created drafts. Automatic commission requires fully paid, tax-exclusive, unedited orders in the retained ledger currency with readable merchandise-refund evidence. Shipping and tax are excluded. Tax-inclusive orders, edits, changed currencies or incomplete refund evidence are held for owner review, retaining the last recognised figure. Cancellation alone does not prove a refund after payment. Merchant-entered settlements, payment assertions, adjustments and opening balances are the merchant’s responsibility.
Balances cover a rolling twelve-month retained event window. Earnings, reversals, settlements, adjustments and opening entries expire with no automatic carry-forward of expired balances. Export required records before expiry. Private CSV exports expire seven days after generation.
Older or inaccessible evidence can leave an order stale or unresolved. The service does not promise complete historical accounting, professional accounting or tax advice, payroll, rep payouts or guaranteed revenue. Merchants must reconcile figures and retain their required independent financial records.
Pricing and limits
The saved Shopify plan is USD 79 per thirty days with a seven-day trial. It includes twenty active reps, 500 draft creations and 10,000 newly attributed orders per Shopify billing cycle, 5,000 indexed buyers and 2,000 indexed variants. There are no automatic overage charges. Eligible development testing is free; there is no free merchant plan.
Shopify’s saved plan and confirmation screen govern actual charges, trial eligibility, allowances and applicable taxes. Subscription cancellation and uninstallation will follow Shopify’s process. Removing the app does not delete drafts or orders already created in Shopify. Contact support for billing or refund questions under the applicable company terms and Shopify process.
Availability, privacy and changes
Shopify, email, network or service interruptions can delay or prevent access, calculation, draft creation and reconciliation. Review native Shopify records before continuing after an uncertain outcome. Service remedies, support, liability and dispute provisions follow the linked company terms alongside applicable Shopify requirements; this page adds no separate contractual response-time or uptime guarantee.
The privacy notice describes app processing, retention and deletion. We update these resources when processing or service details change and provide meaningful notice where required.
