InventoryPath Price Scheduler terms
Last updated: October 19, 2026.
The service is provided by AvanSaber Inc. These app-specific terms are read together with the AvanSaber Terms of Service and the Price Scheduler privacy notice.
Authorised use and merchant responsibilities
Use the app only when authorised to manage the connected store’s products. Product-edit permission is required. Merchants approve the exact price pairs, selected variants and time window before scheduling, and remain responsible for price accuracy, advertised sale claims, product permissions and applicable pricing obligations.
Review every original and target price before approval. Approved variant selections are frozen. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, obtain another store’s records or disrupt app services.
Scheduled changes and restoration
Changes run in stages and depend on Shopify APIs and available store access. Outside price edits, other price apps, API interruptions, deletion, currency changes or access revocation can prevent application or safe restoration.
Shopify does not provide an atomic compare-and-swap for variant price and compare-at fields. An outside edit during a request can still race with a scheduled change. Avoid overlapping price editors and other price apps.
The app verifies successful changes and restores eligible confirmed changes where live prices still match the app’s applied values. Unknown request outcomes are held for review rather than blindly retried. A recovery CSV is a historical reference, not authorisation to overwrite current Shopify prices.
The app works in the default shop currency. Fixed Markets or B2B prices and checkout discounts can behave differently.
Plans and billing
Starter is USD 6.99 per month, with a 14-day trial and no usage charges. Eligible development test subscriptions are free. Shopify presents the applicable subscription pricing, trials and approval terms through its hosted app-pricing flow.
Limits are ten armed, active or unresolved campaigns, 500 variants per campaign and 10,000 variant starts per Shopify billing period.
Cancelling or losing plan eligibility prevents new sales. Eligible restoration of previously confirmed changes continues while Shopify product access remains available. Drafts, read-back and restoration do not consume additional variant starts. Proven never-written rows are released from reserved usage.
Use Billing and usage inside the app to open Shopify’s hosted plan page and refresh subscription status. Contact [email protected] for billing questions; Shopify manages subscription approvals and cancellation.
Uninstall and recovery
Restore active campaigns before uninstalling. After Shopify revokes product access, automatic restoration is unavailable. The merchant must check and correct remaining Shopify prices after removal.
Download recovery references for unresolved history, then inspect live Shopify prices and request history before making manual corrections. Contact support for assistance.
Privacy and support
The app privacy notice describes product and campaign records, operational email, retention and privacy requests. The support page explains common scheduling and restoration outcomes.
