InventoryPath PO Inbox terms

Authorised access and review
Use requires authorised Shopify access and an active eligible plan. You are responsible for lawful access to source data and for confirming the buyer, default shipping address, exact SKU mapping, unit or case conversion, PO unit-price overrides, shipping charge and Shopify draft total before creation.
The supported release uses UTF-8 CSV with exactly sku,quantity,unit,price, up to 100 lines and 64 KiB per PO. Supported PO and shop currencies must match; there is no foreign-exchange conversion. The merchant guide describes supported files, currencies, quantities and case mappings.
Abuse, unauthorised personal data, credential sharing and malicious uploads are prohibited.
Drafts and uncertain outcomes
The app creates unpaid Shopify drafts. It does not place wholesale supplier orders, send invoices, collect funds, guarantee inventory reservation or fulfill orders. Shopify can recalculate taxes and final charges. A downloaded worksheet is a review aid, rather than an invoice or fulfillment confirmation.
Creation attempts are recorded durably. An uncertain attempt remains held and reserves capacity instead of being blindly retried. A known created draft needing review counts toward usage and cannot be recreated through the app. Inspect Shopify before manual handling; a timeout does not prove that no native draft exists.
Reopening or reimporting an attempted buyer and PO preserves its existing result. Archiving an attempt for manual handling does not erase the attempt or permit another app creation. Do not alter the PO reference to bypass a hold.
Wholesale billing and usage
The current Wholesale plan is USD 149 per month, with a 14-day trial subject to Shopify eligibility. It includes 200 recorded draft creations and 1,000 accepted intake or revision attempts per applicable Shopify billing or trial window. Uncertain creations reserve a slot, and known created drafts needing review count as creations.
New creation stops when the allowance is full. There are no automatic overage charges, annual tier or external checkout. Development-store tests are free; they are separate from a paid merchant subscription.
Shopify’s plan and confirmation screen govern actual charges, trial eligibility and taxes. Subscription changes, cancellation and uninstallation are managed through Shopify. Previously created Shopify drafts are not deleted by cancelling or uninstalling the app.

Availability, privacy and changes
Shopify, network or service interruptions can delay or prevent calculation, creation or verification. Check the current review and native draft before continuing invoicing, payment or fulfillment. Support, service remedies, liability and dispute provisions are addressed in the linked company terms alongside applicable Shopify requirements.
The privacy notice describes app data, retention, deletion and customer requests. Changes to these terms or the notice use an actual effective date and meaningful notice where required.
