InventoryPath Order Exports terms

Last updated: October 6, 2026

InventoryPath is a brand of AvanSaber Inc., which provides InventoryPath Order Exports. These app-specific terms are read together with the AvanSaber Terms of Service and the Order Exports privacy notice.

The company terms contain the general contractual provisions, including intellectual property, warranties, liability and dispute resolution. This supplement describes Order Exports usage and Shopify-managed billing.

Authorised use

You must have authority to install the app, read the store’s eligible order data and share the selected information with your designated suppliers. Keep access limited to authorised staff and supplier inboxes. Your store remains responsible for its customer notices and the lawful sharing of customer-entered customisation or attribute values.

Use the app for legitimate business purposes. Do not attempt to bypass access verification, exceed authorised permissions, obtain another store’s data or disrupt app services. The acceptable-use provisions in the company terms apply.

Exports and merchant responsibilities

Order Exports creates configured CSV or Excel files from eligible Shopify order lines. Review the vendor selection, columns and preview before activating a workflow. Check run history and manage exceptions with your suppliers.

The app reads orders without changing orders, inventory, fulfillment, checkout or themes. It does not arrange shipment or automatically fulfil an order. Your business retains responsibility for purchase decisions, supplier follow-up and fulfillment.

New-item workflows start with future eligible orders after activation. Snapshot reports repeat matching recent rows within the supported source horizon. Privacy or reinstall recovery can restrict processing to future orders. Historical backfill is unavailable.

The rolling source horizon is 59 days, with a 5,000-order scan cap. Each batch is limited to 10,000 rows, 20 MiB of selected field text and 20 MiB total file size. Export access expires after seven days.

Plans and billing

Shopify handles subscription approval, billing and plan changes. The selected plan and trial are presented through Shopify before confirmation. Planned launch pricing is Starter at USD 4 per month and Growth at USD 19.99 per month, each with a 14-day trial.

Starter allows three active daily workflows, 1,000 unique exported orders, 20,000 rows and 300 file batches per Shopify billing window. Growth allows ten active workflows, including at most two hourly, 5,000 unique exported orders, 100,000 rows and 2,000 batches.

There are no usage-based overage charges in this version. Generation pauses when the first applicable quota is reached. A batch means one generated supplier file.

Use Usage & plans inside Shopify to manage the subscription. Eligibility follows the current verified Shopify plan, not a pending change. Workflows above the applicable plan limits pause after a downgrade. Remove the app through Shopify to uninstall it; Shopify manages the app subscription and associated billing.

Data and support

The app privacy notice describes processing, recipients, retention, access requests and deletion. Uninstalling stops app access and schedules and begins live-data cleanup.

The support page covers setup and common exceptions. For help, contact [email protected]. Share the shop domain, workflow or run reference and the outcome shown; do not send credentials or complete exports unless a suitable secure process has been agreed.

Changes

The change provisions in the company terms apply. We update this page when the app’s supported operation or billing arrangements change.
