InventoryPath 3PL Audit terms
Effective and last updated: October 15, 2026.
The service is an invoice-reconciliation aid operated by AvanSaber Inc. These app-specific terms are read together with the AvanSaber Terms of Service and the 3PL Audit privacy notice. Contact [email protected] for service or billing questions.
Authorised information and contract rules
Merchants must have permission to upload provider and customer information and must confirm the applicable contract, period, currency, quantity evidence, tier basis, minimums, rounding and tolerances.
Use each report’s coverage and not-assessed statuses when interpreting results. Shopify order and fulfillment references support matching; they do not establish physical billable events or prove carrier costs, storage quantities or weights.
Do not upload information without authorisation, share credentials or attempt to bypass another store’s access controls.
Findings, credits and merchant decisions
The app does not certify invoices, prove fraud, guarantee savings, provide legal or financial advice, collect debts or act as the warehouse’s agent.
Merchants control provider follow-up, invoice and payment decisions, and customer-data responses. The app performs no provider email, invoice dispute, payment, refund, withholding or Shopify order write.
Credits shown are merchant-entered records and allocations. A candidate difference is not an actual credit or recovered money. Accepting an explanation removes the relevant amount from the potential-difference total. Allocate a credit only once and within its recorded amount and currency.
Versions, limits and retained records
Finalized report versions are immutable. Changes require an amendment that supersedes the earlier version. Finalized clean audits and finalized amendments count toward the version allowance.
CSV or XLSX uploads, parsed from the first worksheet, are subject to the file, combined-row and storage limits described on the product page. Unsupported or missing evidence can leave a charge not assessed.
Export files expire, and reports are not a permanent archive. Merchants should retain their own required financial records before the app’s retention periods end. The privacy notice describes file, report and deletion periods.
Standard plan and Shopify billing
The Standard plan is USD 149 per month with a seven-day trial, billed through Shopify. It includes twenty finalized invoice versions and 100 accepted parse or calculation attempts per billing or trial window, one provider account, up to 1 GiB retained data and three identical reruns of a version’s inputs.
Shopify’s confirmation screen controls actual charges, trial eligibility and taxes. Development-store tests are free and are separate from a merchant subscription. There are no usage charges, automatic overage charges, annual tier, contingency fee or outside payment.
Subscription selection, trial eligibility and cancellation use Shopify App Pricing. Cancellation timing follows Shopify’s current subscription window, and the app verifies eligibility before new operational work. Usage or storage limits can hold new work. Finalized amendments count toward the version allowance.
Service framework and support
The linked company terms provide the general business, service and applicable legal framework alongside these app-specific terms and applicable Shopify requirements. Contact [email protected] about service or billing issues. No guaranteed recovery, uptime or response time is offered on this page.
The merchant guide explains review, coverage, finalization and merchant-entered credit records. The privacy notice explains app information and customer requests.
